Brooklyn O’Shea grew up in Folly Beach, SC. Brooklyn is a proud Gamecock and received both of her degrees from the University of South Carolina. Brooklyn began her legal career working for the South Carolina Judicial Department as a law clerk for The Honorable J.C. Nicholson, Jr. and The Honorable Thomas L. Hughston, Jr. in the 9th Judicial Circuit. She then joined the O’Shea Law Firm in 2017.

Brooklyn is a trial lawyer handling routine and complex civil litigation. She primarily represents clients with catastrophic personal injury and death cases, motor vehicle collisions, and claims involving gig economy, ridehail/rideshare, transportation network companies, such as Lyft and Uber. She also handles admiralty, premises liability, sexual assault, and dram shop cases.

Brooklyn spends her spare time surfing, fossil hunting, and watching sunsets.
