Ian O’Shea was raised on James Island.  He attended Charleston County School of the Arts and graduated from James Island High School in 2003.  Ian graduated from College of Charleston where he also played on the Men’s soccer team.

Ian is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts within the State of South Carolina. Ian is also a member of the New York Bar.  Ian began his legal career at a small plaintiffs' firm until November of 2013, when he founded O’Shea Law Firm, LLC.  Ian routinely handles real estate transactions, criminal defense, and personal injury cases. He also takes pride assisting individuals and businesses in property law matters, both routine and complex.  Ian also devotes a great deal of time to pro bono work for individuals and organizations with unmet legal needs. In his free time, Ian enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, and boating.
